Oaks Minimap for neo-forge 1.21.1 Just Released
This mod allows users to use custom capes if they don't have one active. it checks if the player has an active cape attached to the UUID, if it does than it will not continue further, however if the player doesn't have one attached then it will load a the custom cape render I made. you can also uses a resource pack to add as many variants as you want, tho be aware if you play with others in a server or join a friend they will not be able to see it without your pack. this also supports custom emission textures by similar adding "_e" to the end of the file. ie "cape20_e.png".
This mod adds [50] cape options to pick and the player set one using the config screen (REQUIRES a CONFIG MOD)
There is also a special Mojang/Creator Cape if the player is a Mojang creator, is ContinuedOak or is Dev.
