Debug Screen Overlay

The Debug Screen Overlay is triggered by pressing F3, this hasnt changed, whilst the overlay has been tweaked to remove any informaiton that is unnecessary to regular gameplay, and informaiton like the Coords has been moved to only be displayed when the player has a compass in their off-hand/main-hand.

The new debug screen has removes a lot of the clutter for when the player is playing during regular gameplay, although this can be removed if the player is using Debug Mode = true in the Common Config part

• FPS coutner. (Green = 60+, Oragane = 30+, Red for anything less).
