Some Souls can only be found within generate chest such as the Soul Cave Spider which can only be found inside Mineshaft chest with a weight of 1 of being geneatating.

Souls are used in converting Mob Spawners into the corresponding mob type when right-clicked (ie Soul Spider can convert a skeleton spawner into a spider spawner)
